Educational Financial Assistance to Needy Students, 2021-2022 : The world is slowly recovering from the deadly pandemic that has devastated the lives and economy of a large section of the population. Some students lost their fathers, some their mothers and some got orphaned. With the help of well-wishers we have been able to help these students who have managed to reach out to us. Many parents had lost their jobs, especially the casual labourers.
Almost 80 new new students have been supported by our Trust this year – Covid affected, job loss and other sicknesses. Till the end of February 2022, we have supported around 230 students by providing around ₹ 22 lakhs ( 2.2 million) as educational assistance. Around 50 to 60 students of earlier years are yet to approach us as their schools are just limping back to normal.
